BTR Road Toll Policy
All Burleigh Truck Rental trucks are fitted with an electronic device (e-tag) that beeps when you drive through tollways on roads.
Planning on using tollways?
If you do drive through a toll road you will be charged the applicable toll road fee and an administration fee of $3.50.
Loyalty Discount
Every 7th hire is free! We offer loyalty discounts for returning customers. Hire with us and get every 7th hire free. The hire rate for the free day is $99. Loyalty discount doesn't apply for weekly or monthly hire.
Fuel Charges
You are requested to return your vehicle with the same fuel level as when it was collected. If the vehicle is not re-fuelled, we charge extra $20 for refill plus fuel charges.
Payment Info
We accept Cash payment, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, EFTPOS, Direct Deposit.
When booking a truck over the phone or in person we require full payment for the hire on a Visa, MasterCard or American Express. No refunds for cancellations within 48 hours of hire.

Very helpful, very upfront, very good value. I frequently rent vehicles and this is my best experience in a decade. Thanks guysUsed these guys again Jan 2021. They were completely understanding and went out of their way to accommodate a request to reschedule by 24 hours. When I picked up they noticed that the tyres on my trolley were flat ..... and pumped them up!!!! Brilliant guys to work with. Thank you.

I don't usually leave reviews but: The guys provided us with an excellent vehicle at short notice, during a busy time of the year (several other companies fully booked until after Xmas), at a brilliant price, with a decent mileage allowance. And they were nice about it too! Kieran even tied the ropes into anchor points at the back while we were teeing up the paperwork. Really outstanding service that I won't hesitate to use again if we need a truck or large van :D

Renting numerous houses over the past 10 years and having to move frequently around Australia, I have used many truck rental companies to get the job done. Polite staff good rates. Trucks were nice. One star removed for renting out items with a known oil leak. Jesus rode a motorcycle, oil leaks on the road made him cry and gave him road rash.

After multiple truck rentals companies over 3 years, Burleigh Truck Rental is the obvious go to. Easy to work with the great service, reasonably priced despite having new and well maintained (clean) vehicles.We use the 23m³ Moving Trucks with Hydraulic Lifter, Automatic (Fuso Pantech) as it only required a car license and is easily fits fridges, tables and any couches we have thrown at it. It's beefy diesel engine eats up hills under full load with ease.We will continue to use Burleigh Truck Rental. We'll recommend this to anyone over renting a trailer for moving big things.

I've been renting trucks from the gang at Burleigh Truck Rental for the last few years. Every time we move house we use a Pantech truck with a hydraulic lift. You simply won't find a better maintained hire truck or a more friendly team to help you work out what you need. The rates are also very competitive and extremely good value for the condition and quality of vehicle. We've used them for local moves and also for friends who've moved a few hours up to the sunny coast. What keeps me coming back to NYC are all the little things that you just don't seem to get with the big national names. Thanks again guys. I hate moving but at least I can't blame the truck for that!

We have used moving trucks with BTR 3 times now. Everytime, things have gone smoothly. Staff are friendly and courteous. Truck is easy to drive. No hassles. Prices are clear, no hidden agendas. We highly recommend them! Very fair price. We always go for mid-week to save a few bucks. They are great!
